Have used this to clean up urine; coffee; pop stains on floor grout. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes depending on stain then use a soft brush and scrub lightly. Wipe off with a damp soft cloth of some type and when it dries it looks like new. Spot treat if its your first time using but I have never had an issue with this.
