Product Information

SPLIT is a general purpose anti-seize lubricant, sealant and protective coating for use wherever metal contacts metal. It prevents galling, seizing, pitting, fretting, corrosion and distortion of threaded, keyed, splined and press fitted parts — covering metal with a protective barrier film that withstands extreme heat, pressure and friction from -35°F to +2200°F (-37°C to 1204°C).

Formulated with extremely fine aluminum, graphite and molybdenum disulfide particles in a non-gumming base with no dropping point. Non-melting, waterproof and highly resistant to chemicals, solvents and gases (except oxygen).

Spray-on anti sieze bolt threads

How to use: Shake can well before using. Clean the surface thoroughly. Apply only enough to form a solid film over the contact surfaces of threads, gaskets, bushings, etc. Assemble and wipe off excess.

For use on: Engines, motors, bearings, gears, turbines, compressors, manifolds, production machinery, boilers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems and oil & ore drills. Also suited to threaded fittings, valves, flanges and O-rings, bushings and rollers, chains and drives, furnaces and burner assemblies, pumps and valve stems, fuel injectors, keyways and spark plugs.
