works very quickly and does the job
Wow, a smell from a drain in our kennel has smelled bad for years despite all sorts of products poured down it. Until this!!! Worked the first time and astonished us!
My big issue is that even with reading glasses on I could not read the tiny print instructions (nor could anyone else) so figuring dilution rates took awhile.
(When it worked so well on the kennel drain, we tried it on the floor and I would not recommend that as it left streaks, lol)

A Powerful Alternative for Eliminating Stubborn Drain Odors
The Brodi HDJ 925 Drain Odor Eliminator and Cleaner arrived in a securely sealed 32-ounce bottle. I decided to try this as an alternative to my usual springtime routine of pouring diluted bleach down my drains to combat the recurring sewer gas smells that seem to plague my house and washing machine lines every spring. While bleach works, it often requires multiple treatments and leaves the entire home smelling like strong bleach for hours.
The consistency of this product is a thicker liquid, and I quickly realized that a little goes a long way. It is advertised as having a cherry scent, though I found that to be a bit of a stretch. It smells more like a cherry cough syrup—medicinal but still far milder and much less harsh on the senses than bleach fumes.
After applying the cleaner and letting it sit in the drains for a few hours, I flushed everything with water. The results were immediate and impressive. The foul odors were completely eliminated, and I haven't noticed any recurring smells since the treatment.
Although it is more expensive than a basic bottle of bleach, the ease of use and the lack of a lingering chemical odor make it a superior option. It is a much more pleasant way to disinfect and deodorize, and I am hopeful that this treatment remains effective for much longer than my previous methods.
