Five Years of Misery Gone Overnight

I run a coworking space. The urinal in our men's bathroom has been the bane of my existence for five years. We would pour in a cleaner, it would work for about two weeks, and then we were right back where we started. I poured it in planning to leave it overnight. Within one hour, it had pulled up the grossest, smelliest pile of accumulated crud I have ever seen sitting at the bottom of a urinal. The bathroom smelled like the men's room at a hundred-year-old dirt track racing facility. You know the kind. The ones where they throw ice in the urinals just to survive the smell. It was not pleasant.



But here's the thing. I came in the next morning to a completely clean urinal. No buildup visible anywhere in the pipe. Within an hour of the first flush it was draining perfectly. Five years of accumulation, gone.



The bottle recommends splitting the treatment over two days. I used about a third the first application and plan to apply another third at the end of the month. I think that will be more than enough to keep things running clean going forward.

Expensive but if it does what it claims it'll be worth it.

Very impressed. It's a bit pricey but it works as advertised. For the price your mileage may very depending on how often your sump pump cycles, the more often the faster it seems to go through it. Price to longevity is the only reason I would take one star off.
